Women's Journey to Heart-Centered Strength and Connection

A 3-day Women's Retreat October 20th-23rd 2022

Sedona, Arizona

This is for you if:

  • You are on your own healing journey and it feels as though old parts of you have fallen away.

  • You are no longer resonating with things and people that used to feel so comfortable and there is some grief that comes with that.

  • You long for a deeper connection with yourself and others that truly understand and see you.

  • You are ready to find hope, align your heart and create what you want from there.

Come join an ever-expanding circle of women who are committed to opening their hearts,  honoring and strengthening themselves and one another by connecting true self to true self on this 3-day weekend retreat.

During this retreat, we will create a space to open our hearts, become more conscious, and experience connection. We will explore who we are, what we need, and how we can support each other as individuals and as a collective in practical, meaningful, and spiritual ways, creating awareness of what we want and what’s possible.

During the retreat we will:

  • Create a brave and safe space for our group so that everyone feels welcome, seen, and heard.

  • Share experiences and stories of what is on our hearts so that we can remember and know we are not alone.

  • Honor what has fallen away so that we can move toward who we are now and what is wanting to emerge within us.

  • Connect with your heart and identify where you are now and what you actually want so that you create from this new space and  these new beliefs.

  • Move our bodies and connect with nature so we can feel grounded and connected.
